Don’t forget! The Wayland Food Pantry will be open for clients next Thursday, February 9 from 9:00 to 11:30. Help us stock the Food Pantry with fresh and frozen goods by sending a check or making an online donation directed to the Wayland Food Pantry. Drop off some nonperishable foods at our offices at 266 Cochituate Road (Rte 27), Wayland.

HEART play℠

For children grieving the death of a family member or friend.
This Saturday, February 4, we will hold workshops as follows:

Pre-School and Kindergarten, 9-9:45 am
Grades 1 – 6, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

• If six or more children are wait-listed, a seocnd session for Grades 1-6 will be added from 1-3 pm.Call 508.358.3000 to register and for further information.The HEART play^℠ Workshops are held at Parmenter Community Health at 266 Cochituate Road, Wayland. These programs are offered free of charge thanks to grants and donations.

Parmenter to host a journaling workshop

Participants in this workshop will learn how to use a journal creatively to express their thoughts and feelings, as they grieve the loss of a loved one. The support of the facilitators and fellow participants will help them in this process. Journals and other materials will be provided.
Saturday, February 11, 9:30-11:30 am.
