Parenting a special needs child requires patience, resiliency, strength, stamina, and a dose of humor. This group is being offered to parents in the Metrowest area who have the unique experience of raising a special needs child. In a supportive and caring environment, stories and reflections will be shared around the emotional and social changes that have been weathered in the process of raising special children. Challenging feelings and yearnings may be addressed, and coping strategies and creative outlets for growth and renewal will be discussed.  This group will begin on May 31 and end on June 21st from 7:00pm-8:30pm.
